The Registration form should be completely filled and no column maybe left blank. In the event that more participants apply, than can be accommodated, the form will be used to shortlist the required number of delegates.
Registration is open to citizens less than 30 years of age. Interested individuals outside this age group are welcome to participate as observers.

P.S.
- All participants need to attend both the days of the Youth Summit.
- After sending the completed registration form, you are requested to make yourself aware about issues like urban environmental challenges, climate change, etc. Prior to the event, we would also be sending relevant information and study material vie email.
- Lunch and Tea will be provided on both the days.
